がんばっている自分へのご褒美に、ヨガで一息!みんな知ってる通り、ヨガはシンプルなのに効果てきめん。このオフィスヨガは、解放感ゼロの職場やコンピュータ前でずっと仕事をしているあなたにぴったり。ヨガでちょっと一呼吸入れたい、治療中なので椅子を支えに体を少し解放させたい。そんなとき、ぜひトライしてみて!

Thoughts IN Translation

工夫したのは、cubicle。仕切られた仕事スペース(一般的なオフィスの空間)のことを言っているのだと思うけれど、ヨガで得られる解放感、リフレッシュ感と相対的に響くように訳してみました。
